The map starts with Marc and Lyn having to get through some Fog of War. Your goal is to take the throne. Few of the enemies pose a threat to Lyn as long as you play it smart - and don't step on the pillars at all, they cause reinforcements to appear. Keep Marc out of the enemy's range as you move forward, baiting out enemies with the Killer Bow when you need to. This first section isn't hard at all really, unless your luck is very bad.
The second part of the map is fairly straightforward. Your new goal is to take the throne, but there are characters to recruit, as well as chests and villages. The soldier on the map is recruited by Marc, Leila can also be recruited by Marc, Batta is recruitable by Lyn, and Jake is recruitable by Kyo. Visit the house above the two villages with Marc to get Manphia. S/he is probably your strongest unit besides Lyn, who can be promoted with a Heaven Seal from one of the chests. Also visit the villages to recruit a Knight Lord and a Priest, who is important for both his Restore and Rescue staves (purchase Restore from the Vendor.) Rescue is needed to pull the Archer out of the top-right corner of the map. He can pick up a Short Bow by waiting on one of the forests in the bottom-left corner of that area, unless you buy him an Iron Bow.
There's only one weapon that can kill Evil Lyn, and Glitch Rath has it. He appears in the northern part of the map surrounded by enemies. He can fend them off for quite awhile, but if he's killed, it's Game Over, so get Marc up there. Be prepared before talking to him, however, because he then attacks you and a couple of Snipers appear as well. Kill them all to get the tome Marc can use to kill Evil Lyn. She is surrounded by Sages, one of which has a Berserk staff. There's no time limit, so you can bait them out one by one with Manphia. Don't bother with the chest guarded by Snipers, it has just an Iron Sword. Kill Evil Lyn and take the throne to win.
